RankVision Privacy Policy

Information we collect and how we use it

RankVision is collecting the following information:

• Registration Information – RankVision stores all the registration information You provide during the registration process or later in your Control Panel, including your name, the company You represent, address, phone number, email address, password, and the information You specify about your Developers (their names, email address and passwords).
• Cookies – In order to make the RankVision experience as comfortable as possible, RankVision might place cookies on your computer so we can remember You on the login screen. This is done only at your request, by checking the “Remember me at this computer” checkbox on the login screen. RankVision has also some Modules (like the Traffic Counter) which are placing cookies on the computers of your website(s) visitors, so we can track returning visitors over a long period of time.
• Websites Related Information – RankVision stores all the information it can gather from your website(s) during the crawling process of your website(s), and all the information relating to your website(s) obtained by third party (for example we store information we collect from Google regarding your ranking for given keywords).
• Log Information – Whenever someone logs in to your Control Panel we will store the log in information, together with the IP address and the date and time of the login.
• Communication with RankVision – RankVision may store all the email correspondence between You and us. We also might store the support tickets, or record phone conversation whenever You call our support team, or any department or division of RankVision in order to ensure high quality of services and improve ourselves.
• Third Party Applications – RankVision is using some third party applications in order to maintain the functionality of each module. Whenever we use third party applications we never transfer any of the information we collected from You, excepting your website URL (or any internal page of your website).
• Other sites – This Privacy Policy applies to RankVision services only. Other sites which RankVision interacts with in order to maintain all the Modules and make sure that they are working fine, might place cookies, of have a different privacy policy. As these are website(s) outside of our control, we have no possibility to interfere with the way these other website(s) are working and with the way their privacy policy is set up.
  

All the information collected from you we might also use as a base for market studies for RankVision so we can develop new Modules and improve the functionality of our existing Modules. We also can use any type of feedback from You for the purpose mentioned above.

• We provide the information to any subsidiaries of RankVision, companies affiliated with us, or other trusted persons and companies with the purpose to process personal information in our behalf.
• We have to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.

If RankVision is merging with any other company, or sells partially or entirely its assets, we will provide You personal notice before any of your information is transferred and another privacy policy will regulate them.

Information security

RankVision takes measures to ensure the protection of your data. These measures include proper encryption of your passwords, a good protection of our server, constant upgrades, and strict rules for our employees who have access to some (or all) of your information. RankVision will never store information related to your credit cards, or any other payment methods. This type of information will be handled by PayPal, which is the payment gateway of choice of RankVision.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

RankVision reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy without notice and without your consent. However, you will be notified about all the changes we may take via email or the Control Panel. In case You continue to use our services despite the changes, we consider that you have given your acceptance for the modifications we made.
